Shift: Day Shift, $18.50/hr
Shift A: Sunday to Wednesday/Sunday to Tuesday 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Shift B: Wednesday to Saturday/Thursday to Saturday 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Shift: Night Shift, $18.50 plus 15% shift differential
Shift A: Sunday to Wednesday/Sunday to Tuesday: 6:00 PM to 5:30 AM
Shift B: Wednesday to Saturday/Thursday to Saturday: 6:00 PM to 5:30 AM
What’s a typical day as Rework/Debug Associate? You’ll be:
- Supporting manufacturing in the removal, replacement, and reflow of ball-grid array (BGA) components as production line repair
- Visually analyzing x-rays to determine circuit shorts or insufficient solder
- Ensuring quality by adhering to established workmanship standards and improving efficiency through the use of the CIQ system
- Completing daily logs and other required paperwork
- Properly handling and marking assemblies
- Following established repair techniques for all repairs
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Adhering to all safety, health, and security policies and procedures
- Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos (must have)
- Can write simple correspondence and read/understand visual aids (must have)
- Are able to calculate quantities of parts to be prepped and ready for use at any time (must have)
- Can add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply/divide with 10’s and 100’s (must have)
- Are able to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions (must have)
- Can handle standardized situations with minimal variables
