Hours and Compensation:
1st shift (6:54AM-3:06PM) – $17.50
3rd shift (10:54PM-7:06AM) – $19.65

What’s a typical day as Machine Operator? You’ll be:
- Operating various manual and CNC machines with clearly defined processes.
- Following written and verbal instructions, including basic blueprints or mechanical drawings.
- Recognizing machining or manufacturing problems to ensure defect-free parts.
- Performing accurate measurement tasks using devices like calipers and micrometers.
- Learning and conducting preventative maintenance on tools, equipment, and machines.
- Assisting with other duties and special projects as assigned, reporting to the operations team.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have at least one year of work experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Possess basic blueprint reading skills (preferred).
- Are familiar with basic metrology tools such as calipers and micrometers (preferred).
- Can follow verbal and written instructions and use shop math.
- Are able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for 10 hours per shift.
- Are not seeking employer-based sponsorship.
