Are you looking for a stable, full-time position with a company committed to your success? Kelly® is now hiring Production Associates for Stanley Black & Decker’s facility in Shelbyville, KY. If you are dependable, eager to learn, and ready for a long-term career, we want to hear from you!

New Pay Rates:

  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $17.50/hour

  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | $18.50/hour

  • 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM | $18.50/hour

What You’ll Do:

  • Load and unload saw blades on the paint line

  • Hang saw blades prior to painting

  • Remove finished saw blades after painting

  • Inspect products for quality

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow all safety and quality procedures

  • Collaborate with your team in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • No previous manufacturing experience required

  • Ability to stand and walk throughout your shift

  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 40 pounds

  • Comfortable working in a warm manufacturing setting

  • Dependable with a strong work ethic

  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely
