We’re seeking Construction Project Manager to work for one of our top Construction Industry client at Toa Baja, PR
Compensation: Open to negotiation (W-2 position with fringe benefits)
Shift: Administrative shift
Requirements:

  • Must be based in Puerto Rico and have strong Puerto Rico construction-market knowledge for a pharmaceutical facility construction project.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred.

  • More than 5 years of relevant project-management experience working in Puerto Rico.

  • Experience managing local subcontractors, suppliers, permits, and inspections.

  • Experience on industrial, pharmaceutical, cleanroom, healthcare, or complex MEP projects.

  • Strong commercial, scheduling, contract-administration, and client-communication skills.

  • Bilingual: English and Spanish 

Responsibilities:
Lead the Puerto Rico project from preconstruction through final closeout. The Project Manager is the main local contact for the client, subcontractors, consultants, authorities, and the company support teams. Manage the project scope, budget, schedule, contracts, change orders, risks, and closeout.
