Position Summary

The PP Coordinator is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments according to customer demands and priorities. This role involves liaising between Operations and Client Services within a multi-client facility.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate movement of materials in and out of the warehouse as directed by Operations and Client SLAs.

  • Perform routine data input related to warehouse logistics in SAP and other systems of record.

  • Identify and report material shortages, overages, and discrepancies.

  • Prepare daily operations reports.

  • Deliver fast, efficient, and accurate warehouse administrative work.

  • Communicate effectively with customers, warehouse associates, drivers, and leadership.

  • Follow workplace processes and standards supporting ISO-9001 Quality certification.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills preferred.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills in English.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability.

  • Customer-oriented, responding promptly to internal and external needs.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills.

  • Dependable: consistently punctual and reliable.

  • Able to follow instructions and respond to management direction.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Manufacturing/warehouse environment.

  • Able to stand/walk for 6+ hours.

  • Able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Occasional exposure to weather, moderate to loud noise.

  • Office/Warehouse Dock environment.

Security & Compliance

  • Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and procedures for protecting information assets.

  • Maintain integrity and confidentiality of customer transactions and proprietary information.

  • Comply fully with Company Code of Conduct and related policies.

  • Proactively report any security incidents or vulnerabilities.

  • Handle all personal, client, and company data in accordance with applicable regulations.
