Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $40 per hour

What’s a typical day as a Controls Coordinator? You’ll be:

  • Coordinating compliance controls and supporting the implementation of integrity management systems.

  • Managing the controls calendar, system access, and departmental records.

  • Preparing reports on business control KPIs, irregularity logs, and monthly OIMS updates.

  • Supporting training coordination, awareness activities, and audits planning.

  • Assisting the Business Manager with budgeting, planning, and updating control catalogs.

  • Overseeing management of the central external meetings register and departmental records.

  • Maintaining shared drive folders, organizing records, and ensuring proper retention and access protocols.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have proven administrative experience, especially in compliance, data management, or controls environments (must have).

  • Are highly organized with strong coordination and communication skills.

  • Possess proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital file management systems.

  • Are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Have familiarity with compliance requirements such as FCPA, OIMS, and records retention schedules (preferred).

  • Can work independently with moderate direction and collaborate with various stakeholders.
