Are you ready to help build the technology powering next-generation clean energy? Kelly is seeking motivated individuals to join the production team at a premier manufacturing client in a brand-new, climate-controlled facility in Torrington, CT. No manufacturing experience required—full hands-on training is provided!
Shift: Monday – Friday (11:30pm-7:30am); must be able to train on 1st shift
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.70 per hour
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with a team to manufacture and assemble specialized components using manual, semi-automated, and automated equipment
- Follow clear work instructions and quality procedures, with comprehensive training provided
- Operate precision tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Rotate through various tasks and departments to expand your skillset
- Prioritize safety and quality in all aspects of your work

What You Need:
- High school diploma or GED (trade school or military experience a plus)
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or construction experience helpful but not required
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift/position parts up to 25 lbs
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to work as part of a team
