Job Title: Legal Office Clerk (Legal Assistant II)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 4 months – Temp to Hire

Key Responsibilities:
- Support legal operations within the Office of Inspector General.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties such as document preparation, data entry, and file management.
- Utilize multiple computer platforms (Google Suite, Microsoft, Adobe).
- Multitask and provide analytical and critical thinking support to legal staff.
Requirements:
- Local candidates only (Phoenix area), must be available for in-person interview and quick start (within 2 weeks of offer).
- Strong computer skills required.
- Education in legal studies or mid-level legal background preferred, but not required.
- Analytical, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities essential.
- Ability to pass security onboarding.
Work Environment:
Training is fully onsite; hybrid work available (remote 1 day/week) after training.
