Join Kelly as a Technical Services Representative supporting our Medical Device business. You’ll be the primary contact for the technical service center, handling data entry for spare parts orders and creating service calls for repairs, installations, preventive maintenance, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and make customer calls, providing technical support.
- Create and dispatch service requests for repairs, maintenance, and installations.
- Identify and report potential complaints.
- Support Plasma Business Unit Hotline and complete related service orders.
- Perform data entry of part orders and handle delivery complaints.
- Maintain inventory through SAP part movement reports.
- Update maintenance plans and equipment records.
- Assist with daily reports and scheduling.
- Collaborate with various business units and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Strong written, verbal, and typing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and a strong team player.
