Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Shift: Sunday through Thursday 3rd Shift 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.,
TRAIN on 1st 7a-3p for about 1 month

What’s a typical day as Machine Operator? You’ll be:

• Operating Label Seamer machines to convert post-press product into finished goods following job ticket instructions
  

• Ensuring machines run efficiently while producing quality products
  

• Setting up machines to cut and rewind materials to specific customer requirements
  

• Performing and documenting quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards and customer specifications
  

• Retrieving supplies and materials for daily machine operations
  

• Inspecting equipment for defects and performing maintenance as needed
  

• Keeping your workspace clean and organized
  

• Participating in department meetings, training, and continuous improvement events

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or GED (required)
  

• Have 1 year of printing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred but not necessary)
  

• Possess strong math skills and understanding of metric and standard measurements/conversions
  

• Are detail-oriented and capable of following standard work instructions
  

• Can quickly learn and adopt new technologies in a fast-paced environment
  

• Are able to operate safely and efficiently while producing high-quality work
  

• Can work independently and collaboratively with a team
  

• Are physically capable of standing for 8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs., and performing tasks such as walking, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and operating pallet jacks
  

• Have specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
