Job Overview

Kelly® Professional & Industrial is looking for dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Production & Quality Inspection Associates to join the E&J Gallo team in Fort Lawn, SC!

If you enjoy hands-on work, working with a team, and being part of a fast-paced production environment, this could be a great opportunity for you!

In this role, you’ll help inspect, sort, package, and prepare finished products while making sure quality and safety standards are met.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Inspect bottles, packaging, and finished products for quality and accuracy.


  • Identify damaged, defective, or improperly labeled products.


  • Sort, repackage, and prepare products for shipment.


  • Check product labels and packaging to ensure accuracy.


  • Assist with packing, palletizing, and production-line operations.


  • Handle and organize materials throughout the production area.


  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.


  • Follow all company safety and quality procedures.


  • Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred.


  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.


  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.


  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.


  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.


  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.


  • Ability to follow instructions and work well with others.


  • Availability to work the full scheduled shift.

Important Position Details

  • This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately 12 weeks.


  • Candidates must be comfortable working evening and overnight hours.


  • The position involves hands-on production and quality inspection work.


  • Attendance, teamwork, and following safety procedures are essential.
