Compensation: $45.00/hr W2 | Hour worked paid
Shift: 8hrs shift | Administrative – with work schedule flexibility as required to support 24/7 operations, requiring occasional after-hours engineering coverage.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have de follow qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 4+ years of experience, or a Master’s with 2+ years of relevant experience

  • Hands-on experience with packaging equipment and design of new equipment processes, project management, and validation—preferably in medical device or pharmaceutical settings

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Are knowledgeable in GMPs/GLPs and committed to quality standards

  • Demonstrate leadership skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

What’s a typical day as Sr Packaging Engineer? You’ll be:

  • Optimizing packaging processes to ensure efficiency and compliance

  • Troubleshooting equipment and process issues to ensure smooth production

  • Supervising and mentoring engineering staff, fostering a collaborative team environment

  • Leading and executing complex capital projects from design through validation

  • Ensuring all activities adhere to GMP and GLP standards
