Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.50 per hour

What’s a typical day as Assembly Worker? You’ll be:

  • Assembling a variety of subassemblies and finished products in the Tool and Head departments

  • Interpreting mechanical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions to determine correct procedures

  • Using hand tools, power tools, feeler gauges, air-driven and battery tools, arbor presses, and hand trucks

  • Installing and assembling electrical components such as switches, sensors, connectors, and wiring harnesses using schematics and wiring diagrams

  • Conducting functional and operating tests to verify dimensional specifications, alignment, and product quality

  • Identifying and correcting discrepancies or defects in the assembly process

  • Documenting assembly processes, test results, and quality issues

  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment in line with 6S principles

  • Recording daily production data and assisting in the training of less experienced staff

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)

  • Have 0-1 year of assembly experience (MUST have assembly experience)

  • Possess electrical and/or mechanical assembly experience

  • Have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

  • Are detail-oriented, adaptable, and possess strong communication and listening skills

  • Demonstrate energy, integrity, and the ability to follow safety guidelines

  • Are willing to complete an in-person assembly assessment
