Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $15.50 per hour
Shift: 8-hour shift between the hours of 8am and 8pm to be determined after training completed

What’s a typical day as Contact Center Customer Service Inbound/Outbound I? You’ll be:
- Providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries, both routine and non-routine, via phone, web, written, or walk-in channels.
- Performing research and initiating or processing adjustments to resolve inquiries effectively.
- Coordinating with other departments to resolve customer issues and handling special projects as assigned by management.
- Accurately documenting all inquiries, maintaining records on complaints and customer feedback, and following through on unresolved issues or reporting them to management.
- Offering feedback to management regarding customer problems or needs, and recommending process improvements.
- Assisting with the training of new employees and cross-training coworkers to ensure team success.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 1 year of previous call center experience (required).
- Are adept at handling both inbound and outbound customer communications with professionalism and courtesy.
- Possess strong problem-solving, research, and documentation skills.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Can work onsite at the client location in Columbia, SC.
- Have open availability between 8am and 8pm to work an 8-hour shift assigned for business needs.
- Are comfortable with standard office technology and willing to learn new systems.
- Can work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, and are open to adapting to new procedures.
