• Training: $18/hour — First Shift (5:00 AM – 2:30 PM) for 2 weeks
  

• Regular: $20/hour — Second Shift (Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM)

 
Job Summary:
The Assembler is responsible for assembling parts and products under general supervision according to established procedures. This position is vital to ensuring quality, safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
 
Responsibilities:

• Assemble sub-assemblies and accessory components; wire basic electrical connections per diagrams
  

• Perform work in accordance with the Quality Management System, Safety Management System, and Code of Conduct
  

• Inspect products to ensure quality and engineering standards are met
  

• Operate hand tools, including electrical and pneumatic power tools
  

• Load, unload, lift, and move materials using lifting equipment when available
  

• Read and interpret job orders, schematics, and blueprints
  

• Complete and maintain required paperwork and electronic records, including checklists and barcoding
  

• Maintain departmental housekeeping and adhere to 5S standards

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk on concrete for up to 100% of the workday
  

• Bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch as needed
  

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs unaided; heavier loads with assistance
  

• Climb and maintain balance
  

• Use hands for detailed work and tool handling
  

• Visually inspect products for quality
  

• Manual dexterity required for tool use

Skills & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
  

• 1–3 years of manufacturing or construction experience (framing experience is a plus)
  

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tape measures
  

• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
  

• Basic ability to read, speak, and understand English
