Location: Fullerton, CA
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM; must be flexible to work overtime as needed
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

About the Position

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate / Forklift Driver to join our premier client’s team in Fullerton. Reporting to the Location Manager, you will play an important role in daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, forklift operation, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and maintaining a safe and organized facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pull, pack, stack, and stage products weighing up to 50 lbs.

  • Safely operate a sit-down propane forklift on a daily basis.

  • Receive, unload, inspect, and properly organize incoming shipments.

  • Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse storage and records.

  • Conduct routine forklift and equipment inspections and perform light maintenance as needed.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment.

  • Load fertilizer and chemical products for customer deliveries.

  • Assist customers with will-call order pickups and provide professional customer service.

  • Complete warehouse documentation, shipping paperwork, and inventory records accurately.

  • Participate in required training and assist with special projects or cross-functional support as needed.

  • Upon permanent hire, have the opportunity to assist with customer deliveries.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • 2–5 years of warehouse experience, including:

    • Order picking and pulling

    • Shipping and receiving

    • Forklift operation

    • Loading and unloading

    • Customer service


  • Valid driver’s license required.

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with warehouse documentation.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

  • Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

  • Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

  • Strong work ethic and desire to grow and advance within the company.
