Expeditor – Manufacturing (Santa Ana, CA)
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6am – 2:30pm
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
We are seeking a detail-oriented Expeditor to join our team and support production and customer order fulfillment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will review ETA and past-due reports, identify material shortages, release work orders, and coordinate with production teams to ensure orders are completed and shipped on time.
Responsibilities:
- Review daily ETA and past-due reports to identify shortages and production needs
- Release production work orders to support customer demand
- Track and verify timely completion and shipment of orders
- Coordinate material flow, assembly, and distribution activities
- Communicate with production departments to resolve delays and bottlenecks
- Support workflow improvements and maintain safety compliance
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of ERP systems preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic math skills required
