Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.50 per hour
Shift: Monday–Friday schedule, 2nd shift– $17.50 per hour, 2:45pm-11:30pm

What’s a typical day as Pick and Pack Worker? You’ll be:
- Packing individual candies or product bags into boxes
- Operating equipment such as shrink and flow wrappers, candy cutters, twist wrappers, boxing/taping machines, and scales
- Setting up and preparing production lines for daily operations
- Maintaining line sanitation and conducting proper clean-up at shift end
- Upholding strict quality standards for candy appearance, labeling, packing, and decoration
- Ensuring cases are properly filled and all products meet company standards
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Can follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Are capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Possess basic reading, writing, and math comprehension skills
- Can adhere to company policies, including no artificial nails or eyelashes and proper work attire
- Are physically able to bend, stoop, kneel, walk, and stand for extended periods, and frequently perform repetitive manual tasks
