Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Overview:
Join our manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Technician, responsible for inspecting, packaging, labeling, and maintaining department cleanliness. The role requires independent work, compliance with SOPs and GMPs, and flexibility across different processes.

Shift & Schedule:

  • 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM Rotating 2-2-3 schedule (work two days, off two days, work three days, then repeat)

Pay:

  • $22.15 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect products and ensure quality

  • Clean equipment and workspace

  • Package and label products using automated equipment

  • Operate laundry equipment

  • Assist with moving carts and operating lift equipment

  • Rotate roles as needed

  • Mandatory overtime as required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • GMP manufacturing experience preferred

  • Basic math, attention to detail

  • Ability to visually detect defects

  • Good communication and documentation skills

  • Must understand, read, and write English

  • Not allergic to Penicillin or Cephalosporin

  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs, push/pull up to 30 lbs

  • Pass a physical exam

Work Environment:
Temperature between 50°–70°F; exposure to hot surfaces, wet conditions, chemicals, and drug compounds.
