Pick & Pack Worker – Warehouse Associate / Receiver II (NON-DRIVER)

Location: Sumner, WA
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM | Overtime as needed
Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary with Potential for Temp-to-Hire

We are currently hiring a Warehouse Associate / Receiver II for a leading electrical distribution company in Sumner, WA. This is a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse, receiving, order picking, inventory, or material handling experience looking for a stable day-shift position with the potential to become permanent.

This is a NON-DRIVER position. Selected workers will not have any driving responsibilities during the assignment.

Safety shoes required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming freight and warehouse materials

  • Verify and organize incoming products

  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately

  • Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory

  • Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT), including narrow-aisle high reach/order picker equipment

  • Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

  • Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse, receiving, material handling, or order fulfillment experience preferred

  • Experience using RF scanners or warehouse inventory systems

  • Ability to operate powered industrial equipment (PIT)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent attendance and reliability required

  • Ability to work overtime as needed

Requirements:

  • Must be able to safely lift and move materials throughout the shift

  • Must have required safety footwear

  • Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment

  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Receiver / Receiving Clerk

  • Warehouse Associate

  • Order Picker

  • Material Handler

  • Inventory Associate

  • Forklift Operator

  • Narrow-Aisle Reach Truck Operator

  • RF Scanner / WMS experience
