Pick & Pack Worker – Warehouse Associate / Receiver II (NON-DRIVER)
Location: Sumner, WA
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM | Overtime as needed

We are currently hiring a Warehouse Associate / Receiver II for a leading electrical distribution company in Sumner, WA. This is a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse, receiving, order picking, inventory, or material handling experience looking for a stable day-shift position with the potential to become permanent.
This is a NON-DRIVER position. Selected workers will not have any driving responsibilities during the assignment.
Safety shoes required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming freight and warehouse materials
- Verify and organize incoming products
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT), including narrow-aisle high reach/order picker equipment
- Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, receiving, material handling, or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse inventory systems
- Ability to operate powered industrial equipment (PIT)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attendance and reliability required
- Ability to work overtime as needed
Requirements:
- Must be able to safely lift and move materials throughout the shift
- Must have required safety footwear
- Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
