Shift Options

  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

  • Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (+$1.00/hr Differential)

  • Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (+$2.00/hr Differential)

Overtime opportunities available and may be required based on business needs. Weekend overtime may be necessary as production schedules and operational demands increase.

What You’ll Do
Production Operations

  • Prepare, inspect, label, package, and fill chemical drums

  • Operate pallet jacks and overhead cranes (training and certification provided)

  • Set up, calibrate, and operate production equipment

  • Monitor processes and maintain accurate inventory and production records

  • Perform routine cleaning and preparation of containers and equipment

Team & Shift Support

  • Participate in daily shift handoff and team meetings

  • Follow work assignments and established operating procedures

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area

  • Collaborate with team members to meet safety, quality, and production goals

Safety & Quality

  • Follow established safety procedures and quality standards at all times

  • Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including respirators and cleanroom attire, for extended periods throughout the workday

  • Identify and report safety or quality concerns immediately

  • Participate in ongoing safety training and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Support adherence to cleanroom protocols and manufacturing standards

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions

  • Basic math skills and calculator proficiency

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

  • Ability and willingness to wear required PPE, including respirators and cleanroom garments, for extended periods of time
