Pay: $23–$25/hour, based on relevant experience
Schedule: Multiple shifts available
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

About the Role

We are hiring Production Operators to join a growing advanced manufacturing operation supporting the semiconductor and technology industries. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable, motivated individuals who want to build technical skills and grow within a specialized manufacturing environment.

Manufacturing experience is preferred, particularly 3–4+ years, but direct manufacturing experience is not required for the right candidate. We value strong work ethic, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and leadership potential.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform hands-on production and manufacturing activities.

  • Follow detailed safety, quality, and operating procedures.

  • Work with production equipment and complete required training.

  • Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Rotate between different workstations and production activities.

  • Work in a controlled, clean-room-type environment when required.

  • Wear required PPE, which may include a bunny suit for portions or potentially an entire shift.

  • Inspect products and materials for quality.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

  • Work as part of a team to meet production goals.

  • Complete additional hours or overtime when production needs require it.

What We’re Looking For Manufacturing, production, warehouse, laboratory, food processing, pharmaceutical, aerospace, or other hands-on technical experience is a plus.

  • Strong attendance and reliability.

  • Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic.

  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and safety requirements.

  • Good attention to detail.

  • Willingness to learn new processes and equipment.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Interest in developing technical skills and taking on additional responsibility.

Schedule & Pay

Current shifts may include:

  • Day: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

  • Swing: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

  • Night: Sunday night–Thursday night, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM

The schedule is transitioning to a 4-day, 10-hour shift model, with day and night options. Weekend and night shift differentials may apply depending on the schedule.

Pay:

  • $23–$24/hour for candidates with little or no relevant experience

  • $24–$25+/hour for candidates with relevant experience

  • Shift differentials may apply

Training & Growth

Training is approximately two months, giving you the opportunity to learn the processes and develop specialized technical skills.

Experienced candidates may qualify for higher starting pay and may progress through qualification levels more quickly.

The position is temp-to-hire, with potential for direct hire after approximately 60–90 days, based on performance and business needs.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

  • Competitive starting pay

  • Temp-to-hire opportunity

  • Potential for overtime

  • Multiple shifts available

  • Strong benefits and paid time off upon direct hire

  • Opportunities for technical training and career growth

  • Work in the growing semiconductor and advanced technology industry

  • Contribute to products supporting next-generation technologies, including AI and advanced computing

  • Team-oriented environment where employees can make a visible impact

Important: This is an active production environment. Candidates should be comfortable with repetitive work, extended periods on their feet, wearing PPE, following controlled procedures, and working overtime when required.
