Position: Manufacturing Technician
Shifts: 1st, 2nd and Weekend Schedules
Pay Scale: $22-$24 base pay (plus shift differentials)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies and components using work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and parts lists.
- Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting, error correction, and repairs.
- Follow safety standards and policies, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and actively prevent accidents and injuries.
- Use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, and vacuum pumps to test assemblies and components.
- Enter data such as work progress and labor details into computer systems; may also perform computer programming or software repair.
- Inspect parts for defects, ensure all parts are available for jobs, receive parts, and perform audits.
- Troubleshoot and improve processes.
Requirements:
- Experience with electro-mechanical assembly operations
- Ability to build assemblies using work orders, diagrams, small parts and hand tools
- Ability to work in a clean room environment
