Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift 6:00am-2:30pm

What’s a typical day as Shipping Clerk? You’ll be:

  • Preparing and packaging outgoing shipments, printing jobs for UPS, and ensuring proper labeling and documentation for all outgoing materials

  • Maintaining accurate records of shipments and inventory using company systems

  • Generating invoices, processing order maintenance, and preparing Bills of Lading (BOLs)

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Customer Service, Quality, and Operations to ensure orders are accurate and shipped on time

  • Monitoring inventory levels, running reports, and reporting discrepancies and shortages

  • Receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips

  • Keeping the shipping/receiving area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety and company policies

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have 1+ years of administrative experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment (must have)

  • Possess proficient math and computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (must have)

  • Are able to perform data entry, inventory transactions, and generate/analyze reports (must have)
