Kelly is Now Hiring: Warehouse Associates – Weekend Shift

 Location: LaVergne,TN

 Pay: $17.50/hour

 Schedule:
Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday | 4:45 AM – 5:15 PM (12-hour shifts)

Looking for a long weekend every week? Kelly is seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced distribution team. This weekend shift offers a great work-life balance while giving you the opportunity to be part of a team that ensures customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

  • Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment using the appropriate packing materials and supplies.


  • Ensure all retail orders are accurate and processed in a timely manner to maintain an efficient workflow.


  • Enter relevant data into PTL and other distribution center systems. No experience? No problem—we’ll train you!


  • Stock incoming merchandise as it arrives.


  • Communicate with management regarding any production or workflow issues.


  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety, cleanliness, and code of ethics.


  • Monitor production supplies and partner with Supervisors or Team Leads to replenish materials as needed.


  • Follow departmental procedures and identify opportunities for process improvements, reporting recommendations to your supervisor.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Reliable transportation.


  • Previous warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment experience is preferred, but not required.


  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (12-hour shifts).


  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Work Environment:

  • Climate-controlled distribution center.


  • Clean facility with break room amenities.


  • Moderate to loud warehouse environment.
