Kelly® in Partnership with Johnson and Johnson  is currently looking for Assembler/Packer in Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM); must be flexible to train on dayshift initially
Hours: 8 per day / 40 per week
Pay Rate: $22 p/hr

  • Packaging & Labeling:

    • Pack and label newly manufactured non-sterile medical devices as directed by drawings/procedures.

    • Pack and label repaired products for shipment as directed.


  • Inventory & Materials:

    • Monitor delivery and inventory of raw materials.

    • Ensure availability of materials as needed for operations.


  • Compliance & Documentation:

    • Comply with all company policies — particularly those relating to safety and quality.

    • Participate in required training and compliance activities.

    • Maintain accurate records as required.


  • Work Environment & Safety:

    • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.

    • Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines.


  • Professional Conduct:

    • Maintain professionalism, ethics, and compliance in all job duties.

    • Communicate any business-related issues or opportunities to management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school or equivalent required

  • Experience in assembly, packaging, or manufacturing settings preferred

  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and safety standards

  • Good organizational and inventory skills

  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and compliance focus

  • Ability to work 2nd shift hours and temporarily train on 1st shift

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs
