Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.00/hour

Shift:

Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
***This position is temporary until Mid October***

What’s a typical day as a Front Desk Coordinator you’ll be:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing assistance via phone and email.

  • Investigating and researching client issues to ensure timely and accurate resolution.

  • Setting up new client accounts through the company portal and guiding clients on portal features.

  • Completing front-end processing for settled cases and performing transcript/video status checks.

  • Handling client inquiries about price quotes and collaborating with other departments to resolve issues.

  • Maintaining knowledge of legal services offered and ensuring service level agreements are met or exceeded.

  • Suggesting workflow improvements and performing additional duties as assigned by leadership.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).

  • Bring 3+ years of experience in customer service or client solutions.

  • Possess professional email and phone etiquette, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Have prior administrative or office experience (preferred, not required).

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, active listening, and a client-focused approach.

  • Are cheerful, reliable, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
