Pay Rate: $20 – $22 per hour (Temp to Perm)

Job Description:
As a Batch Maker at Epoxy Technology Inc, you will weigh, blend, and mix raw chemical materials to manufacture specialized epoxy and adhesive products. This position involves staging materials, operating high-speed mixing equipment, and adjusting batches under strict quality control guidelines.
Core Responsibilities:
- Weighing and Mixing: Stage and manually charge raw ingredients into mixing containers, adhering to strict batch work instructions and formulas.
- Equipment Operation: Monitor and control high-speed dispersers, mixers, and digital scales.
- Quality Control: Collaborate with the quality control team to test and adjust batches until they meet exact company product specifications and receive approval.
- Scheduling and Safety: Follow the daily manufacturing schedule, maintain a clean and safe work area, handle hazardous chemical spills according to protocol, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in chemical manufacturing, production, or a blending environment is strongly preferred.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods, safely lift up to 50 lbs, and possess basic math skills.
