Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 per year
Shift: Mon-Fri 8:30-5 or 8-4:30

What’s a typical day as Accounting & Order Operations Specialist? You’ll be:
- Reporting to the VP of Finance and serving as a key point of contact for order and accounting operations.
- Reviewing and processing incoming customer orders for completeness and accuracy, following up with customers as needed.
- Entering approved orders into QuickBooks and coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Addressing customer inquiries regarding orders and deliveries, generating and distributing invoices, and monitoring receivables.
- Following up on past-due accounts, applying payments, and reconciling customer accounts.
- Assisting with month-end A/R reporting and processing vendor invoices—including coding, approval verification, and payment processing.
- Maintaining accurate vendor records, assisting with A/P reconciliations, and supporting basic accounting for affiliated LLCs and Trusts.
- Keeping organized and accurate financial records and assisting with reconciliations.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience in accounting and order processing (must have).
- Are proficient in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online) (must have).
- Possess a strong understanding of A/R and A/P processes, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills (must have).
- Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service abilities (must have).
- Can handle confidential financial information professionally and with discretion (must have).
- Hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred, not required).
- Have experience working in a small to mid-sized business environment or supporting multiple entities such as LLCs and trusts (preferred, not required).
