What’s a typical day as a Production Associate? You’ll be:
• Conduct testing on electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards.
• Complete assembly steps and ensure product meets quality benchmarks.
• Perform system-level and quality control tests throughout the production process.
• Accurately log data and report findings, contributing to ongoing process improvement.
• Support production team as needed to achieve daily operational goals.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• U.S. Person status (U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident) is required due to federal contract requirements.
• Proficient with standard computer applications.
• Strong manual dexterity and comfort with small hand tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Prior experience in electronics manufacturing or testing environments.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
