Interview: Onsite
Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 10:30 PM-7:00 AM
Pay rate: $21.00 

Position Summary
Operate and maintain Post-Prep/Chamfer equipment to produce quality products that meet customer specifications while following all safety, quality, and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate, monitor, and adjust equipment to meet quality and production requirements.
• Verify product specifications, dimensions, hinge and lock locations.
• Perform quality checks and accurately complete production documentation.
• Use measuring tools including tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and basic troubleshooting.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications.
• Report quality, equipment, or safety concerns to leadership.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards.
• Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of machine operator experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience reading blueprints and using measuring instruments.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
Skills & Requirements
• Ability to read tape measures and precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Safety Requirements
Must wear required PPE, including high-visibility vest/shirt, bump cap, hearing protection, safety glasses, and steel-toe shoes. Report all safety concerns, near misses, and injuries immediately.
