Pay: Up to $24.35/hour (based on experience) + $2.00/hour Night Shift Differential
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Kelly® is hiring Forklift Operators for a manufacturing facility in Clackamas, OR. This position supports the shipping team by safely moving materials, staging pallets, and ensuring products are ready for shipment on schedule.

Position Details:
Location: 16800 SE Evelyn St, Clackamas, OR
Pay: Up to $24.35/hour depending on experience
Night Shift Differential: Additional $2.00/hour
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate electric or propane forklifts in a manufacturing warehouse environment
- Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse
- Stage finished goods pallets for the shipping dock using FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures
- Load and unload trailers
- Use RF scanners and ERP systems to track inventory movement
- Accurately scan and record all pallet movements
- Ensure materials are staged correctly to support shipping schedules
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
- Wear required PPE including hairnet, safety glasses, and safety vest
Qualifications:
- Previous forklift experience required
- Experience operating electric or propane forklifts preferred
- Warehouse, manufacturing, or shipping/receiving experience preferred
- Experience loading/unloading trailers preferred
- Comfortable using RF scanners and inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
- Ability to work a consistent overnight schedule
- Ability to follow safety procedures in a fast-paced environment
