Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide school-based services for a local school district in Exton, PA. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students in an elementary school setting while receiving the support you need to thrive professionally.
At Kelly Pediatric Therapy, you’re never on your own. Our experienced Clinical Directors provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and clinical support throughout the school year. We also offer assistance with IEPs, student progress monitoring, documentation and reporting, as well as continuous professional development through training opportunities and CEUs.
Whether you’re an experienced school-based therapist or looking to transition into pediatrics, you’ll have the resources, collaboration, and support needed to be successful.
In addition to a competitive rate, we offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus and are committed to helping our providers succeed through ongoing clinical support, professional growth, and a collaborative team environment.
