Part-Time Physical Therapist (2–3 Days/Week) – Exton, PA & Surrounding Area

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team and provide school-based services for a local school district in the Exton, PA and surrounding areas. This part-time opportunity offers a flexible 2–3 day per week schedule, making it an excellent fit for clinicians seeking work-life balance while making a meaningful impact in the lives of students.

As a school-based Physical Therapist, you’ll work with students in kindergarten through 12th grade, helping them develop the mobility and functional skills needed to succeed in the educational environment.

At Kelly Pediatric Therapy, you’re never on your own. Our experienced Clinical Directors provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and clinical support throughout the school year. We also offer assistance with IEP development, student progress monitoring, documentation and reporting, as well as continuous professional development through training opportunities and CEUs.

Whether you’re an experienced school-based therapist or looking to transition into pediatrics, you’ll have the resources, collaboration, and support needed to be successful.

In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus and are committed to helping our providers succeed through ongoing clinical support, professional growth, and a collaborative team environment.
