Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18hr. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST

What’s a typical day as a Member and Provider Agent? You’ll be:

  • Responding to general and moderately complex inbound telephone calls, troubleshooting and resolving member and provider inquiries.

  • Researching and documenting customer interactions in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ticketing system.

  • Conducting outbound calls to follow up on customer cases or at the direction of business needs.

  • Assisting callers with completing online applications and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

  • Reporting problems through an easy online system and keeping up-to-date with program-specific regulations and policies.

  • Adhering to strict attendance, schedule, and training requirements.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a High School diploma or equivalent (required).

  • Bring at least one (1) year of customer service experience (required).

  • Have experience with computer software, CRM tools, telephone technology, and help desk platforms.

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Can utilize strong problem-solving skills in complex situations.

  • Are able to work well independently and as part of a team.

  • Meet remote IT requirements: Download speed at least 60mbps, upload speed at least 6mbps (speed test required).
