Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – On-site Tuesdays & Thursdays, Remote Monday/Wednesday/Friday

We are seeking an IT Administrator to join our team and provide exceptional technical support and systems administration across the organization.

Position Overview

The IT Administrator plays a key role in supporting employees across the organization through help desk assistance, systems administration, hardware/software support, and security initiatives. This position is ideal for a technically skilled, self-motivated individual who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and continuously learning new technologies.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who takes ownership of issues, works independently, and provides excellent customer service to internal users.

Key Responsibilities

Help Desk & User Support

  • Respond to user requests through email, phone, and service ticket systems

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access-related issues

  • Resolve technical problems while meeting service expectations

  • Escalate issues appropriately and maintain detailed ticket documentation

  • Explain technical solutions clearly to users with varying levels of technical knowledge

Systems Administration

  • Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights

  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Set up and configure computers, workstations, and peripheral devices

  • Install and maintain software applications and updates

  • Support Windows environments and file systems

  • Assist with system monitoring and disaster recovery testing

Asset & Security Management

  • Maintain hardware, software, and device inventory records

  • Support security policies and initiatives

  • Assist with improving security operations and processes

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of IT support/help desk experience

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies, including:

    • Active Directory / Entra ID

    • Microsoft 365 Administration

    • Intune Device Management Lifecycle

    • Windows File Server

    • Windows 11


  • Experience providing technical support to end users

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience

  • Intune application deployment

  • Hybrid Active Directory environments

  • SharePoint administration

  • IPv4 networking fundamentals

  • IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, or related certifications) are a plus

Schedule & Perks

  • Hybrid schedule: Remote three days per week, onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays

  • Must reside within approximately a 1-hour commute of the Bothell, WA office (~30 miles)

  • Must be available to come onsite occasionally with short notice

  • Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule

  • Business casual work environment
