- Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00/hour (based on experience)
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
- Shift Available:
- A Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday
- Overtime may be available based on production needs.

What You’ll Do
As a Molding Machine Operator – Resin, you’ll be responsible for operating and monitoring resin molding equipment to produce high-quality components used in industrial filtration products and related applications.
Responsibilities include:
- Set up, operate, and monitor resin molding machines according to production specifications
- Load raw resin materials into equipment and maintain proper material flow
- Inspect molded parts for quality, accuracy, and defects throughout the production process
- Trim, finish, and package completed products as required
- Record production counts, downtime, and quality information accurately
- Perform routine machine adjustments and notify maintenance of equipment issues
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area using established housekeeping standards
- Safely lift, move, and transport materials and finished products throughout the production area
What We’re Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required
- Experience operating molding or plastics processing equipment is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read work instructions and perform basic math calculations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel or composite toe footwear
