Production Operator I – Manufacturing
Now Hiring: Production Operator I

We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to build a long-term career in manufacturing, we’d like to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
As a Production Operator I, you’ll play an important role in keeping production running efficiently while ensuring products meet quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and production support
- Bag, box, label, and palletize finished products
- Perform quality inspections throughout the production process
- Complete production records and documentation accurately
- Operate scrap grinding equipment and support recycling efforts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety, quality, GMP, and food safety procedures
- Participate in daily shift meetings and be clocked in and ready to begin 15 minutes before your scheduled shift
Schedule & Pay
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
Available Shifts
- A Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Shift Differential
- Earn an additional $1.00 per hour for all hours worked between 4:00 PM and 8:00 AM
- No shift differential applies between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM
Paid Breaks
- Two paid 15-minute breaks each shift
- One paid 30-minute lunch
What We’re Looking For
- Successful completion of required Production Operator I and Packer I assessments (forming or printing)
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise levels
- Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
