Production Operator I – Manufacturing

Now Hiring: Production Operator I

What You’ll Do

As a Production Operator I, you’ll play an important role in keeping production running efficiently while ensuring products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and production support

  • Bag, box, label, and palletize finished products

  • Perform quality inspections throughout the production process

  • Complete production records and documentation accurately

  • Operate scrap grinding equipment and support recycling efforts

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Follow all safety, quality, GMP, and food safety procedures

  • Participate in daily shift meetings and be clocked in and ready to begin 15 minutes before your scheduled shift

Schedule & Pay

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour

Available Shifts

  • A Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Shift Differential

  • Earn an additional $1.00 per hour for all hours worked between 4:00 PM and 8:00 AM

  • No shift differential applies between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM

Paid Breaks

  • Two paid 15-minute breaks each shift

  • One paid 30-minute lunch

What We’re Looking For

  • Successful completion of required Production Operator I and Packer I assessments (forming or printing)

  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures

  • Basic math and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise levels

  • Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
