Electronics Assembler
Location: Middletown, PA
Pay Rate: $20.25/hr

Shifts Available:
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

In this role, you’ll work in a clean, team-focused manufacturing environment where precision, quality, and reliability matter. If you enjoy hands-on work and have an eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Assemble electronic components, connectors, cables, and wiring harnesses with accuracy and care

  • Perform soldering and detailed assembly work following established procedures

  • Read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions

  • Complete inspections and basic testing to ensure products meet quality standards

  • Work with a team to meet production goals while maintaining excellent quality

  • Support a variety of assembly processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous electronics, manufacturing, or small-part assembly experience preferred

  • Ability to read and understand English work instructions and technical documents

  • Comfortable using basic hand tools, soldering equipment, and measuring devices

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy

  • Dependable team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (4+ hours at a time)

  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for detailed assembly work
