Location: Middletown, PA
Pay Rate: $21.25/hr
Shifts Available:
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

In this role, you’ll operate and maintain automated and semi-automated production equipment while ensuring every product meets strict quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with technology, and building valuable manufacturing skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up, operate, and perform changeovers on electronic assembly and injection molding equipment
- Monitor automated and semi-automated machines to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production
- Perform basic troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment or process issues
- Read and follow assembly prints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and production instructions
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify product quality
- Complete quality checks and documentation while maintaining production standards
- Partner with team members to meet daily production goals while focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of experience in electronics manufacturing, machine operation, or plastics injection molding preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Ability to read and understand English work instructions, schematics, and technical documents
- Basic math skills and comfort using computers, production systems, and manufacturing tools
- Detail-oriented team player with a commitment to quality and reliability
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. as needed
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (4+ hours at a time)
- Ability to perform hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
