Warehouse Quality Inspection Associate
Location: Elgin, IL – Motorola Solutions
Duration: Temporary

Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to be a crucial part of something bigger? Kelly® is hiring dedicated Quality Inspection Associates to partner with Motorola Solutions in Elgin, IL! Whether you’re looking to build your resume with a standout company or take the next step in your quality control career, this is your chance to shine.

Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 am – 2:15 pm ($16/hr)

  • 2nd Shift: 2:45 pm – 11:00 pm ($17.50/hr)

What You’ll Do:

  • Inspect and audit production lines to guarantee quality throughout assembly.

  • Test finished products and accurately enter data into computer systems.

  • Follow written protocols to complete testing and maintain documentation.

  • Make a real impact on the final product quality delivered to customers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous quality control/inspection experience is a plus, but not required.

  • Basic computer skills and fast, accurate data entry.

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Reliable, eager to learn, and committed to excellence.

  • Can-do attitude and willingness to follow structured guidelines.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to stand and move for a full shift.

  • Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs on your own and up to 65+ lbs with help.
