Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22/hr

Shift: Rotating schedule – 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, etc. | 2 weeks on days and 2 weeks on nights | Hours: 6:45 to 7:15

What’s a typical day as Manufacturing Operator? You’ll be:

  • Operating chemical production processes according to detailed instructions under supervision

  • Setting up, operating, and cleaning production equipment for pharmaceutical, narcotic, or medical device products

  • Completing all associated support activities in product manufacturing

  • Accurately completing batch records, logs, SAP transactions, and other documentation to ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs

  • Demonstrating effective operation and basic troubleshooting of dryers, centrifuges, mills, reactors, water systems, DCS and PLC control systems

  • Performing process sampling and following process and utility flow diagrams

  • Partnering with Supervisors and Quality Department to recommend procedural improvements

  • Transporting materials safely using proper equipment

  • Conducting area safety inspections and participating in internal audits

  • Ensuring proper documentation and accountability of products as required

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Are comfortable working under supervision and following detailed instructions

  • Possess basic knowledge of chemical production processes and manufacturing equipment

  • Can accurately complete documentation and follow safety procedures

  • Are able to perform physical tasks, including transporting materials

  • Are willing to work overtime as needed
