Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20-$22 per hour
Shift: Rotating
What’s a typical day as a Regeneration Operator? You’ll be:
- Regenerating ion exchange resins and other filtration media for mobile units
- Preparing mobile filtration units by loading resin, checking equipment, and ensuring all test kits, meters, pumps, and materials are ready for field use
- Operating forklifts as needed for equipment movement and preparation
- Performing quality control checks on mobile units prior to dispatch
- Handling chemicals safely, including NaOH, HCL, and NaCL, as part of the regeneration process
- Overseeing chemical vendor offloading to tanks and managing transfers
- Supporting incremental manufacturing output and plant operations
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have experience or training in plant operations, chemical handling, or manufacturing environments (must have)
- Are comfortable operating forklifts and performing quality control checks (must have)
- Are willing to undergo high-risk training (must have)
- Have access or ability to use specialized applications and email systems as required for the role (preferred)
- Are able to work a rotating shift schedule and adapt to changing operational needs (must have)
