Location: Statesville, NC
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Position Summary
Kelly® is seeking a dependable Bilingual Warehouse Associate for a hands-on warehouse and assembly opportunity in Statesville, NC. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to help communicate daily instructions to Spanish-speaking team members.
This position involves assembling retail display products, moving materials, using basic hand tools, and standing throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Assemble retail display products according to instructions
- Use basic hand tools, including drills and screwdrivers
- Move materials and completed products throughout the work area
- Assist with packing, staging, and general warehouse duties
- Help communicate work instructions in English and Spanish
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Meet daily production and quality expectations
- Follow all workplace safety procedures
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous warehouse, production, assembly, or general labor experience preferred
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Able to stand and remain active throughout the shift
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Able to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
