Location: Statesville, NC
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Job Type: Long-term, temp-to-hire

Position Summary

Kelly® is seeking a dependable Bilingual Warehouse Associate for a hands-on warehouse and assembly opportunity in Statesville, NC. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to help communicate daily instructions to Spanish-speaking team members.

This position involves assembling retail display products, moving materials, using basic hand tools, and standing throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble retail display products according to instructions

  • Use basic hand tools, including drills and screwdrivers

  • Move materials and completed products throughout the work area

  • Assist with packing, staging, and general warehouse duties

  • Help communicate work instructions in English and Spanish

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Meet daily production and quality expectations

  • Follow all workplace safety procedures

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Previous warehouse, production, assembly, or general labor experience preferred

  • Comfortable using basic hand tools

  • Able to stand and remain active throughout the shift

  • Strong attendance and reliability

  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment

  • Able to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
