Assembly Worker – 1st Shift | West Chester, OH 45246
Pay Rate: $17.61/Hr.| Start: ASAP | Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: M–Th, 4AM-2PM
Duties/Responsibilities
• Shoot foam into molding, tuck and trim in, line mold with film
• De-mold product and place in part bin for secondary processing
• Maintain mold cleanliness to ensure quality assurance of molded cushions
• Identify and rectify any discrepancies or defects in the assembly process
• Document assembly processes, test results, and any quality issues
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment (6S)
• Record production data daily
• Assist with training less qualified employees
• Heavy lifting up to 70 pounds required; must meet physical demands
Required Qualifications
• 0–1 year of experience •in Electrical/Mechanical
• Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office
• Steel-toed boots are required.
• High school diploma or GED
Preferred Experience
• 6S/lean manufacturing familiarity
• Experience in a light industrial or assembly/manufacturing environment
