Kelly Pediatric Therapy (KPT), a Kelly company, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join one of our outstanding school district partners for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative educational environment where you’ll make a meaningful impact on students every day.

This position is classroom-based, providing behavioral support to an elementary classroom alongside teachers and other educational professionals.

Position Details

  • Monday-Friday

  • Hours: 7:40 AM – 3:40 PM

  • Start Date: August 24, 2026

  • Elementary School Classrooms

    • Kindergarten-2nd Grade or

    • 3rd-4th Grade


  • School-Year Assignment

Responsibilities

  • Provide behavioral support within a classroom setting.

  • Assist teachers in implementing behavior intervention strategies.

  • Promote positive student behaviors and classroom engagement.

  • Support students in developing social, communication, and self-regulation skills.

  • Collect behavioral data and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, BCBAs, and administrators.

  • Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

  • Experience working with children in school or educational settings preferred.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Passion for helping students achieve behavioral and academic success.
