Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$20.00 per hour
Shifts:
- 2nd Shift (M-F, 3p-11p)
- 3rd Shift (S-Th, 11p-7a)
- 12 Hour Rotating Shift (7p-7a or 7a-7p, 1 week 3 days, next week 4 days)
- 12 Hour Rotating Weekend Shift (7p-7a, Friday-Sunday and every other Monday)

What’s a typical day as a Production Technician? You’ll be:
- Operating machines used in the production process, including setting up and running precision metal tube drawing equipment
- Adhering to safety and quality requirements and following technical specifications
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, maintenance instructions, and procedures
- Documenting all work performed on production and shipping/receiving documents or computer systems
- Performing in-process and visual inspections using magnification devices, gauges, and micrometers
- Maintaining segregation of conforming vs. non-conforming product
- Collaborating with engineering to improve current processes and participating in operational excellence initiatives
- Handling materials, labeling, and paperwork, and using lift assist devices and personal protective equipment as required
- Supporting overtime and mandatory overtime needs as business requires
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational schooling preferred)
- Possess at least 3 years of company-related work experience or 4+ years of machine operation in a manufacturing environment (medical device experience a plus)
- Are proficient with basic mathematics and have experience working with small precision parts
- Can interpret technical drawings and blueprints and use precision measurement equipment
- Are comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and working with production materials for extended periods
- Are able and willing to work overtime, including weekends, as needed
