Job Summary

Join our Capital Services and Support team as an integral member supporting key back-office customer operations. Your primary responsibility will be managing monthly cycler rental billing and ensuring accurate data entry into our GSP system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter individual billing agreements in GSP for each cycler shipped, based on the daily shipment of cycler rental devices.

  • Identify patients assigned multiple cyclers and arrange for device retrieval as needed.

  • Detect and resolve cases where patients have multiple billing agreements to ensure accurate billing.

  • Update and maintain data in designated Excel workbooks and tracking files.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to organize workload and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • High attention to detail with accuracy; ability to self-check work.

  • Capable of independently resolving both routine and some non-routine issues promptly.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Quick learner; able to adapt to new systems (e.g., JD Edwards, GSP).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong time management skills—capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

  • Ability to ask insightful questions and facilitate conversations to solve customer or internal issues.

  • Collaborative team player; can work across cross-functional groups to address business issues and ensure milestones are met.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of customer operations experience.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-year college degree preferred.
