We’re seeking a Cell Operator – 1’st Shift to work at a premier manufacturing client in Franklin, NH. 

  • Pay Rate: $18.50/hour

  • Shift: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm, with overtime per business need

What’s a typical day as Assembly Specialist? You’ll be:

  • Assembling and testing valves and valve components using machinery, jigs, and fixtures

  • Following prescribed assembly test instructions to maintain excellent quality standards

  • Testing and packaging valves and components in individual boxes and master cartons, ensuring correct labeling and instructional materials

  • Completing production records, recaps, and quality control documents

  • Performing routine housekeeping to maintain environmental and safety standards

  • Reporting any quality or safety concerns immediately

  • Assuming additional duties or projects as assigned by the Production Supervisor

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred)

  • Can read and write English

  • Are committed to punctuality, dependability, and a collaborative work environment

  • Are able to stand for long periods, lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and move around the manufacturing floor

  • Can wear required personal protective equipment (safety shoes, hearing protection, safety glasses)
